What is multi-select?

Sometimes you don’t want to act on just one email.

Taurin lets you select multiple emails at once, so you can archive them together, or take other actions in bulk.

How to select multiple emails

You can multi-select in two ways:

• Checkboxes

  • Hover over an email to reveal the checkbox

  • Click multiple checkboxes to select the emails you want

  • Works best with a mouse or trackpad

• Keyboard selection

  • Use Shift + ↑ / ↓ to expand your selection

  • Combine with E to archive instantly

  • Fastest way to triage your inbox without touching the mouse

What can you do after selecting?

Currently supported:

• Archive selected emails (press E or click the Archive tooltip)

Coming soon:

• Apply labels in bulk

• Mark as read/unread

• Move between tabs

📌 Tip
You don’t need to process emails one by one.
Use multi-select to clear batches of low-priority messages and move on faster.
