Formatting Options

Format your message clearly

Taurin’s editor supports clean, minimal formatting, so you can keep your writing structured without clutter.

Everything is handled via the toolbar at the bottom of the composer, or by using Markdown shortcuts.

Available formatting tools

You can apply:

• Headings: H1, H2, H3

• Text styles: Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough

• Lists: Bullet points or numbered lists

• Block quote

• Links: Insert hyperlinks

• Attachments: Upload files directly

💡 Highlight text and use the toolbar, or type Markdown directly.

Markdown support

Taurin supports most basic Markdown formatting, including:

• italic, bold, strikethrough

• ## Heading, ### Heading

• - or * for bullet lists

• 1. for numbered lists

• > quote for blockquotes

• --- for horizontal lines

Attach files & insert links

Use the bottom toolbar to:

• Attach a file

• Insert a hyperlink to selected text

Drag-and-drop is not supported (yet).
