<h2>What is a Workspace?</h2><p>In Taurin, a <strong>Workspace</strong> is your personal email environment.</p><p>Each Gmail account you connect becomes its own independent workspace with its own inbox, labels, contacts, and AI processing.</p><ul><li><p><strong>One Gmail = One Workspace</strong></p></li><li><p>Workspaces are <strong>not shared</strong>, even if they are from the same domain</p></li><li><p>You can switch between multiple workspaces using the sidebar</p></li></ul><p>Taurin is designed for <strong>individual control</strong>, even if you use it across different roles or projects.</p><hr><h2>Can I invite teammates?</h2><p>Not yet.</p><p>Taurin currently operates as a <strong>single-user workspace</strong>. Team invite and shared contact features are under development and will be part of the Team plan in the future.</p><hr><h2>Why is everything per workspace?</h2><p>Because Taurin treats each inbox as a fully separate brain.</p><p>Your AI summaries, labels, tracking data, and contact timelines are all <strong>workspace-specific</strong>.</p><p>This keeps things fast, focused, and contextually accurate.</p><hr><h2>Switching between workspaces</h2><p>Currently, switching between workspaces requires logging out and logging back in.</p><p>Each session is tied to a single Gmail account at a time.</p><blockquote><p>We’re working on seamless workspace switching with multi-domain support</p></blockquote><hr><h2>Billing and workspace</h2><p>Taurin’s billing is <strong>per workspace</strong>.</p><p>Each workspace has its own subscription status and plan.</p><p>You can upgrade one workspace without affecting the others.</p><hr><h2>Account settings</h2><p>Your account settings include:</p><ul><li><p>Language preference</p></li><li><p>Connected Gmail account info</p></li><li><p>Label configuration</p></li><li><p>Plan and billing settings</p></li></ul><p>Settings are scoped to each workspace.</p><hr><pre><code>📌 Tip
